the idiom "(the) wall have ears" exists literally in German ("die Wände haben Ohren") and in French ("les murs ont des oreilles"). Is that also true for Spanish and if so, what would be the exact wording?

In Spanish it's more common the expression: la paredes oyen/escuchan
