"Junge" belongs to the so called "weak declination". Meaning that it gets an ending on "-(e)n" in all cases except nominative singular. der Junge, des Jungen, dem Jungen, den Jungen (sing.) die Jungen, der Jungen, den Jungen, die Jungen (plur.). Look at the ending of "deinem" you will see the -m-, indicating the Dativ singular >> mit deinem Jungen = with your boy.

Is it also possible to write "What is not correct with your boy".

No, because the German is not a question. Mit deinem Jungen stimmt etwas nicht: too literal >> with your boy is ok something not. So, in normal English: Something is wrong with your boy.

Can't I just say 'Etwas ist schlecht mit deinem Jungen'?!?!?!

No, because schlecht means bad which is not the same as wrong.
