I am a teacher with 4 classes. Today, several students forgot their passwords and tried to retrieve them. No email was sent to reset their passwords. Please advise!
Hello! Please make sure it is not going to the spam folder, or gmail's "social" tab. Do you know what email providers they are using, and if they used a valid email address when signing up?
It's odd because they are all using their gmail accounts. We looked in spam, but there was nothing there. This is a problem!
Have them look at their social tab (this is a gmail thing and I've heard that sometimes Duolingo email goes there):
Also, have them use the gmail search bar to find the email.
If it still doesn't work, please let me know and you can email in a couple of usernames so we can investigate further.
We have tried, but there is no email from Duolingo at all. Not in spam, social, or when we use the search bar. How can I email you some of the usernames? Thank you for your help.
