As you may have noticed, at this moment a lot of trees are being updated and they are doing it with A/B testing, so not everyone has every updated tree. I have the updated French and German trees, and for German tree (that I completed before so I can see where new lessons appeared) has a lot of new content. I am working on completing it again, but so far I can tell you that I like it.

But, I have a questions for some of the faster tree fellers out there: have you completed a tree and what was it like? What fluency level (%) did you end up with and how much vocabulary? Did you learn a lot of new grammar? (and of course: what language did you finish?)

I was a few lessons short of completing my German tree when it was updated, as I recall (though I was away for months) and now I've finished + gilded it. There are 2006 words (counting conjugations of one word as separate words). My fluency percentage hovers at about 48%.

I felt like in general the tree was a lot more polished -- more valid translations accepted, fewer clunky sentences, better organisation. Additional content was useful and relevant (though a couple new skills are too short). No new grammar points were introduced, IIRC. Overall, I am very happy with the tree and I raise my glass to the German team. Prosit!

I haven't gotten any of the updated trees, but are there any noticeable additions to the French tree at all? I'm just curious because I'm really looking forward to it being released :D

Well I had not completed enough to tell the overall difference (only lvl 5), but I counted about 82 skills (including the bonus ones). How many skills does your tree have? I also hope they'll get released soon, I wish I had the Spanish one, my other language - but at least I have German! (:

My tree still has 82 lessons (including bonus lessons), so maybe the French update hasn't been implemented yet? Or, as Airmode said, the French update may have been put in a while ago before I finished the tree.

I have no note on my English to French tree about it being the updated tree.

It has 81 skills (This includes the three bonus skills) and 367 levels. (You can get a userscript that counts that for you) I have 2479 words listed in the "Words" section, but that number keeps increasing ever time I strengthen skills in the bottom half of my tree.

Does anyone with the updated tree have a correct count of the number of skills and lessons? Could I already have the most recent updated tree and not know it?
