I made a collection of TED talks I found with Esperanto subtitles, which should be both interesting and help you learn. The vast majority of the videos are in English. There is a massive diversity of topics, so you are bound to find something of interest to you.

To turn on the subtitles, simply click on the button labeled "Settings" (it has the symbol of a mechanical gear) in the bottom right hand corner of the video. Then click on "Subtitles/CC" and select Esperanto from the list. Enjoy!

Additional idea that just occurred to me - for those of us who are native speakers, turning the volume down to rely more or even entirely on the subtitles in English language videos would be a valuable exercise :)
