As I didn't come across a sentence that uses "In November ... " I just want to ask for the correct expression. Would is be e.g. Moje urodziny są w listopadu? (Like Lipcu, grudniu...)

I have no idea why that is... v listopadu - that's Czech, in Polish it's w listopadzie.
