"How do you find food in the city?"
Translation:Hoe vind je eten in de stad?
How is this question understood? Is it how to find places for eating ot is it about the other person's opinion about the food in the city?
Same as in English. It's about finding the places, the meaning in English would change if 'the' is placed before food, then in Dutch 'het' would be placed before eten.
Although it's a quite weird sentence. I don't think any Dutch person would say this (also the English one seems weird to me).
