You can't. Unless I missed something, Tips and Notes are only available on your PC or Mac. But it is reasonable to expect they patch the mobile app with Tips and Notes ASAP. It does not seem like the change would introduce too many complications.

Seems the Italian course does have tips on App, but the other languages don't.
