Could anyone please say how to say 'Let's speak Polish' then?

Mówmy po polsku.

Yes, that's just one „i” less.

I used to see signs saying this all over the city of Chicago. Well, in selected neighborhoods, anyway. :-)

Such signs are still there. :)

I just hear "mówime" instead of "mówimy". Is that normal that -my sounds more like -me in Polish or just in Duolingo?

Polish "y" sounds like "y" in English "syllable".

Well, the TTS is usually... far from perfect, but another problem is that many learners have problems with perceiving the -y sound in Polish. To my ear, the audio here sounds really good, maybe the intonation could be a bit better.

Sorting out the difference between "i" and "y" was definitely high up on my list of things to fix, to stop Polish speakers looking at me somewhat blankly.
