Using the iPad
I have always done duolingo on my Ipad and would like to continue to do so. Lately it has been stalling and the other day was inaccessible at all.
Can you provide me with some feedback about resolving this issue.
Have you updated the app recently? They also are pushing out a lot of big new updates. That means bugs, but it also means they will be fixing them soon.
Hi there! Thank you for reporting this issue! The quickest way to get assistance with troubleshooting is by posting these kinds of things to the troubleshooting forum. You can find the forum by going back to the main page, and looking to the right. Depending on whether or not you are in a layout test group, you'll find that forum directly to the right, or, you might have to go to the right and scroll down until you see some miniature flags.
Rather than having to make a completely new post, you can move this post to that forum by following these steps:
Edit your post (and add the name of your operating system and browser. for example, i use Windows 7/Firefox.)
Click "Duolingo" in the editing window and choose "Troubleshooting" instead from the drop-down menu.
Save your post.
