Laddering for Language learning

Laddering is the idea of learning one target language using another L2 language that you’ve already acquired with higher degree of proficiency.

ie. - It is picking up a 3rd+ language through a 2nd language which you have been learning. - You use a different base language from your first language (the language you know), to learn a 3rd/new language.

For some they find it a helpful way to avoid mixing languages and vocabulary while you are learning.

Korean currently points to the Japanese forums. I think the links should be https://forum.duolingo.com/topic/891 and https://forum.duolingo.com/topic/892.

https://www.duolingo.com/profile/daKanga

ooops, I have just picked this up.

And yes, you were correct. the course for Korean speakers was pointing to the wrong forum for both the main forum, and for troubleshooting.

This has now been fixed.

oh my ! I have been quite an out of sorts elf in this year 2020 !

And I have slipped up on updating this.

Thanks for picking this up Gh0stwheel !

This has now been updated in the list above.

We also almost lost me, from the things I do for this world wide community.

For quite a different reason, we have lost Usagiboy7, for all the great work that they used to do for this community. I am sad at this loss.
