I think you mean, "Describidme vuestros síntomas," (Describe your symptoms to me) if you were trying to use "vosotros" (second person plural, Spain), but if you were trying to use "vos" (second person singular, Argentina), you would say "describime tus síntomas," (notice that there is no accent on "describime") I'm not totally sure on this, so corrections would be appreciated. (Perhaps in "describeme?" [no accents])

Sounds about right to me! Congrats :-) You can even drop the "a él" since you used "Le". But you can keep it for emphasis también.

Thanks. I originally had Le omitted. Is it still correct without Le and keeping a él ?

Yeah, it's still correct. At least it can be...it kinda depends on the region/type of Spanish you're speaking.
