"You did it for this reason." is not accepted. "Lei" is the former "You", as well as "She".

Oh, i see. The answer makes sense when you see it here: she did it for this reason, which is a whole lot better than the one they give you when you're wrong: she made it for this motive

I'm not sure if the Italian sentence is as unnatural as the English. "This is the reason she did it." would be far more natural in (American) English.
