100% Fluency?

How do you achieve 100% fluency on Duolingo?

The "Duolingo fluency percentage" goes up to about 63% or 64% max.

For most people, it stops increasing at 50-something % (or 40-something %, depending on person and tree) and then starts to go down (if you stop working on that tree).

Thanks guys. I knew i would never be 100% fluent in any language by simply using Duolingo however wondered if 100% was possible in Duolingo terms :)

I understand all this, but from a completion stand point, I would prefer if they changed fluency to a completion stat and that could reach 100%. I understand why they have the cap, but 60% fluency seems less than 100% completion.

consolidate a few chapters. finish the tree and make it all gold. im level 10 with 72%.
