Does ayakkabı work as a plural as well? I would have thought it would translate as "shoe"
you could also say 'Benim ayakkabılarım kirli'. plural is optional.
shoe would translate to ayakkabı teki (literally: a single of shoe)
my shoe - ayakkabımın teki
The audio is very muffled
Does anyone know what the Turkish translation of "my dirty shoes" is?
I would guess it is: "Benim kirli ayakkabım" or just "Kirli ayakkabım"
the audio when speaker says the whole sentence is different than when u specifically click kirli..
it says "kırlı" in sentence
and pronounces correct when u specifically click kirli word
Hi Dou you are wrong again.Benim ayakkabım : My shoe ,Benim ayakkabılarım : My shoes
How do Turkish speakers clarify whether they're talking about a single shoe or a pair of them?
