No clue why you suggest "had lived". Without any context it doesn't make much sense. "used to live" would be most accurate

home and house are the exact same word in polish?? why is home not accepted?

Does anyone know how to get the tests working that work with your own voice ? For example duolingo says something in polish , then you have to speak the same thing into your phones microphone and duolingo then you score points if said correct . I'm using an android phone btw not an iphone . Thanks

Unless I missed something, this has never been enabled for the Polish course by Duolingo :(

If you install the google keyboard you can use speech-to-text to enter your answer on the "type what you hear" questions. ;)

Why not "was living"?

And why wasnt "my mama lived in this house" accepted?

Added "mama", and I guess that was the only problem with your other version 'cause both "was living" and "lived" work.

What is the difference between mieszkać and zamieszkać? I can see first is NieDokonały but it is used also as Dokonały ( similar to Lubić and Polubić... but I might be wrong..). Dzięki wielkie

Mum in English is also correct not just mom!

"mum" is accepted.

It was wrong for me yesterday

Then probably something else was wrong, even just a typo. The correction you get is not necessarily the closest accepted answer to your answer, which can make one think that some word was rejected.
