For this answer, I am assuming your mothertongue is Persian and that you are living in Iran.
French is an indo-european language, like Persian and English, so you would have an advantage, because the grammar should not be so different from what you know.
Turkish is an Asian language, with a grammar that is very different from Persian and English. Turkish, however, has lots of Persian loanwords, so the vocabulary might be not that difficult for you.

English is the international trade language. So you are good there.
Turkey is a strong regional economy, so much of the Iranian foreign trade will be with Turkey. It would therefor be advantageous for Iranians to learn Turkish, next to English.

French is a beautiful language. If that would be a reason for you to study a language, then you could choose French.

Bottom line: do Turkish. :-)

Why not both?

Of course I love both of them, but I would like to start with a language as my third language that is more practical for me

I hope you don't mind me telling you, but it would be better to say "I would like to start with one language as my third language". That way you are emphasizing the fact that you want to study only one language at this time. Usually I don't correct people, but your English is very good, and I thought you might like some advice regarding style (the grammar was fine).

Your knowledge of English will help you in French but also your knowledge of Iranian/Persian could help some of your vocabulary. But in all fairness, French is easier and more familiar to people who speak Hindic and Germanic languages such as Iranian/Persian and English.

I don't know your reasons for learning a language but you are the only one who can take these decisions for you. I like to learn Turkish because language seems interesting,i think it is easy to learn, and i know little Turkish/ Good luck!
