Dwi or dw i or dwi'n
As the title says. In what situations do you use the different versions of 'I'. I was taught dwi'n hoffi for 'I like'.
But are there generally accepted rules on when to use them, or are they interchangeable?
Ydw = am.
I = I.
Ydw i = I am.
Dw i = short for "ydw i".
Dwi = the same, without a space.
The 'n in "dw i'n hoffi coffi" is the word "yn" which is used a lot in Welsh. I'm sure that will be covered later in the course, so don't worry about that now.
