"On Monday I make breakfast" is not accepted. Is this an error?
for on Monday, I think the dydd would change to ddydd, correct me anyone if I'm wrong
I thought mutations only occur when a word is before another
It's something I learnt on the SSIW course (very good audio course) but cannot remember the exact context in which to use it
Right now the same sentence was marked as correct. Maybe the error was reported and is corrected now.
It's accepted now.
Is it wrong to say "On Mondays"?
Maybe that is when the dydd changes to ddydd, I'm not completely sure, but I know that for something like that the word mutates, can anyone confirm this or know otherwise?
'on Monday', is usual uk English. 'Monday' alone is American.
Why does it not say 'on' at the beginning?
