What's the difference between "Rwyt ti'n hoffi tylluan" and "Wyt ti'n hoffi tylluan"?
The first is the declarative statement (though in spoken Welsh "rwyt" is often omitted). The second is the question form of the same sentence: rwyt > wyt.
