Is the "l" more or less silent in "diolch?"

A minute ago there was a sentence where "iawn" meant "fine" but here the translation seems to be "very". Does it mean both?

Should it not accept "Very good, thanks"? It is becoming more common in the Americanised age to say 'I'm good' rather than 'I'm well'
