How can I tell the difference between hearing "Eure Bruder" and "Eure Brüder"?

It would be 'Euer Bruder', also u and ü are pronounced quite differently.

Why Eure and not Deine?

Eure = your (plural) Deine = your (singular)

If the original sentence is in English this is ambiguous but in German there are 2 different words for "your" whether you're addressing 1 or more people.
