My class is glitching! I cannot do anything!

Our Spanish class here is just trying to get started using Duolingo, and they are having numerous glitches also. They are using Chromebooks. It is either extremely slow to load questions and advance or it will not load at all. Is there a place to look for the technical specifications in case there is something that our network director needs to unblock?

Hi Jamielh! Can you please check and see if other websites are slow to load on your school connection, or if this exclusively Duolingo? It is possible that the Chromebooks or the internet speed connection is being slow.

Vivisaurus other websites are not having any issues. I am our district's Technology Integrationist and share an office with our Technology Network Director, and it is confirmed that we have ample bandwidth. Generally if we have issues it is because there are programs that need to run "behind the scenes" that are blocked and can cause issues. That is why I was wondering if there was a list of technical specifications that tell what needs to be unblocked.
