"Bread and butter."

Translation:Bara menyn.

January 29, 2016

Is the "and" not needed, or is it more "buttered bread"? I keep wanting to type Bara a menyn.

O.k., I see that it is "buttered bread" from comments elsewhere, so I'll ask this, just so I am clear: If I am asking someone to go to the store to buy bread and butter, I would use bara a menyn , right? Because they are separate items?

That's my deduction... would be nice to write buttered bread though, so we don't mix both.
