Hmm...Can I use this for Cambridge, Massachusetts as well, or would that still be "Cambridge"?

I don't know but if you were to say Cambridge or Caergrawnt to a welsh person they would probably only think of the UK Cambridge so I'd definitely add Massachusetts to the end no matter what language you are speaking in.

I would think so as the same is done for new York, which is named after the British equivalent, as long as, like that other person pointed out, you put Massachusetts after it
