Here's something I've been wondering for awhile. I know that in England, a "jumper" is what Americans would call a sweater, or more specifically, a pullover. So what do the English call what Americans call a jumper?-- that is, a dress without sleeves or collar meant to be worn over a blouse, t or turtleneck?
