Reporting issues through Discussion?

Is there a way to "report an error" without coming across it in the lessons? For example, if I answer someone's question in the "Discussion" tab, and determine that the translation given is wrong (or some other error), is there a way for me to "report an error" other than trying to go through the lessons and find it?
