Student using app does not sync to my classroom.

I am using duolingo for schools and have several classrooms, one of my students has apparently been using the app instead of doing it on a computer. I have a requirement that they use it 2x per week - I thought she wasn't doing the work because that's what I see! But when she opened the app - I see she is farther than what I see from my classroom page. How can I get her info to sync up correctly?
