Haven't seen rydw or licio in the course until now. Kind of a flaw.

I have never heard "licio" to mean to like. It was always "hoffi" when I learned as a child. I have to confess to not being a fan of this word... it sounds too much like lazy Welsh to me. Does anyone know the derivation please?

The English "like" came from the Old Norse líkr :P
