News report about Cornish language revival - in Welsh

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m7SJFPJoqY0

I can't understand a word - yet - in either language without the subtitles, but I thought this looked interesting.

Subtitles are available in Cornish and English so far (not Welsh, though).

Thanks for pointing that video out! Very interesting.

And I know two of the people in the video :) Well, Cornish is a small world.

I'm glad you liked it - I thought of you when i saw it.

I like the idea that that small Cornish world is slowly expanding. I'm still working up the courage to apply for the language weekend in April, but its definitely on my radar.

That's good to hear! They don't bite at the Weekend. I found it a very friendly environment even my first time there where I knew no-one.

Btw, i very much support having a Duolingo course teaching Cornish. We already hav courses teaching four Anglosfere minority languages: Irish, Welsh, Navajo, and Hawaiian; with a fifth (Scotch Gaelic) on the way. So the idea of a Cornish course is well-supported by precedent.
