More integrated reviews?

So I recently finished my German tree and now I have to work on getting everything up to gold but one really frustrating thing is that the "strengthen skills" starts again from the beginning and basically moves through so even though I have learned more complex grammar I'm stuck reviewing nouns like die Frau and stuff like I'm relearning the language. I think it's much more effective to mix up those concepts so I can practice on using it all together.

Are there any plans to do more integrated reviewing features in the future?

I always use the Mackinac Bridge as an example for this kind of thing. They start painting it and it takes so long that by the time they get to the end they have to start over again because the paint's so old. You don't want to learn a language like that, if I just cycle through, I'm always going to forget what I started with by they time I get to the end if it's not more integrated.

If you go into the unit there is a Strengthening bar for just that unit.

Well what I want is to study grammar from say the last unit with vocab from the first so studying each unit would divide it up more. :/

I normally review individual skill, starting from the bottom of the tree going up.

Yeah, I just don't think that's the most efficient way to learn a language. If I can review both a complex grammar point and the words from the earlier lessons in the same sentence it's much faster.

I never really thought of Duolingo as an efficient way of learning Vocab beyond the basics. So, I mostly use Duolingo to learn the grammar and get a feel for the language.
