Issue with a student logging in.
I have a student that can no longer log in. It keeps telling us that that student or account doesn't exist. What can I do? He had previously logged on enough to do 60 XP. He is listed on my Dashboard with the name and email that we are trying to log in with. So confused. How can he no longer exist?
