"manche" has a definition option of "some" or "many". Is there another way to better differentiate saying "the student has some questions" versus "the student has many questions"?

What about "Der Schüle hat viele Fragen"? or "Der Schüle hat mehrere Fragen"?
Not sure, but it would be nice to have this clarified when actually doing the lesson.
I think, in this case, manche refers to "some" and viele would refer to "many."
