Glawio is correct according to my Mid Walian Grandmother

Is glawio correct or is it dialect

I'd never heard it until earlier today. But all dialects are considered equally correct so feel free to suggest it.

Is, It will be rainy tomorrow, wrong?

Yes, that is a different pattern. For ‘rainy’ you could use glawog or perhaps glawlyd.
