I lived in Switzerland for a while. I used to hear Germans say, "Schweizerdeutsch ist eine Krankheit des Halses."

"Disease" didn't work here, though it did in other places :-( It said the correct one is "illness".

It very much sounds like the male voice is saying Krankhalt, after listening several times and knowing its supposed to be Krankheit
