The store

I really would like some ideas about why I cannot bring up the store. Everything else works, but I have not been able th get a completion certificate or do the new bonus skills in Spanish. It has been that way for at least a week now. When I click on the store, I just get a solid white blank.

My stream started doing that a few weeks back, I just had to reload the page a few times. You might want to check your internet connection as well. ☺

Hi Canteen! Sorry you're experiencing some difficulties.

There are a few things you should try first whenever experiencing technical difficulties. You don't have to do all of them at once. You can check after each one. Check your internet connection. Refresh the page. Clear the browser's cookies. Shut the window and reopen it. Wait 5-10 minutes.

If all of these fails to solve the problem, then you can make a post requesting assistance in the Troubleshooting forum. Always supply the name of your operating system and browser when posting in the Troubleshooting forum. (For example, mine is Windows7/Firefox)

To find the Troubleshooting forum, go to the main Discussion page. If you are in the beta layout group (10% of users on DL were automatically put into this group), the forum will be directly to the right. If you have the majority layout, then the forum link will be to the right and then down until you see miniature flags.

If you would like to move this post directly to the Troubleshooting forum, just follow these steps:

  1. Edit post. Add name of operating system and browser.

  2. In top of editing window, click "Duolingo" because it is a drop-down menu.

  3. Select "Troubleshooting" form the menu

  4. Save post.
