IJ/ei: /ɛɪ/
W: /ʋ/ (It is similar to an English w pronounced with the teeth and lips held in the position used to articulate the letter 'v'. And according to wikipedia, it sounds like the 'r' in 'red'.)

The notes on that Wikipedia entry say "mostly idiosyncratic but somewhat dialectal", so the "r" in "red" may not be a good comparison depending on where in the English-speaking world one is from. The citation given is this book, which is specific to the British Isles.

The 'w' is exactly like in English (at least in Flanders), and the 'ij' is like in the English 'hey' without the 'h' pronounced.
