What is offensive about words like "beer" and "wine"? Your students don't have to drink it to learn that the words exist (if they don't already).

So, if you don't enable the words, they won't show, but it still lists them in the curriculum?
Yes, they still show up on the teacher's list, but the sentences containing them won't show up for students.
