Stockholm International School
I am a Swedish girl who has lived in the USA for about 5 years now. After being here so long and speaking so much English (I skipped a grade, so my English is beyond good) I have been starting to lose my Swedish language. I've tried so hard to keep Swedish, and turns out Duolingo has saved me, even though I've used it for less than a week. Now I've found out that I'm moving back to Sweden (back to governors and rulers who aren't idiots cough Trump cough) and I'm attending this private school that serves grades Pre K-12. It teaches in English but it will probably teach Swedish to the students-people from all over the world (54 countries!). People say it's awesome, and I believed it when I saw the school. I mean, the cafeteria had TABLECLOTHS and CANDLES and FLOWERS and AWESOMENESS and SORRY I GO TO A REALLY DIRTY PUBLIC SCHOOL and a SELF-SERVE BUFFET with a different menu every day! For gym class, they go into town and go ice skating! This might not sound like much to those of you who attend awesome private schools, but still. WOW. And it only has about 610 students! It will be even better, now that I'm practicing Swedish everyday via Duolingo. Do any of you guys attend or even know about this awesome private school in Stockholm? Om du kommer att gå till den skolan, så hoppas jag att jag kan möta dej där! Jag flyttar till Sverige igen om ett år. Tack så mycket allihopa!!!
That's awesome~! I want to go to Sweden at least once in my life, maybe attend a university when I'm older. I find it beautiful and the education in a lot better than American education (even university is free!!). Unfortunately, I didn't know about this school. Det är fantastiskt that you get to go there. Jag talar inte bra svenska.... I will some day.... WOW, you're lucky. :)
Yeah, right. BTW, if you think you can trick me into thinking that you do go there, then maybe you shouldn't put in your bio that your name is Blaise Teal. ;)
