I just finished my French tree!!
FINALLY!!!! I would of done it quicker, but I kept on restarting! 3 months of duolingo has payed off! I need to learn another language now!!
Merci beaucoup tout le monde!!!
awesome! i'v been doing french for over 6 months and i'm not even half way done yet. lol keep up the good work! ^3^
thank you! I really don't like spanish haha but I might end up doing norwegian
I have also just finished the French tree-but will carry on now to do the reverse tree!
Congratulations! I'm almost done with the German tree and it's really exciting to finally see the finish line.
congrats. you should learn a language like spanish or german or japenese.
I wanna learn a language that's on duolingo, because it's so much better1 I have japanese learning books though
You should try Italian or Spanish- they are crazy like French. And congrats! :) :) :)
I might try to learn one of those from french now, and maybe my reverse tree as well!
I find that Spanish has a little more complicated grammar but the pronunciation is much easier. Very many common root words (due to Latin origin I guess). Also if you are in the Americas (including USA) it is very useful to communicate with many nationalities. Congratulations again!
thanks! I don't think I'm going to learn spanish ever, but I have started japanese. My dream is to study abroad first in France, then in Japan :) or maybe switch the order. I think France has it's borders closed, but I'm not sure if that applies to students or not. If they are closed, I'll go to japan first, and go to france when the borders reopen :)
Congratulations!!! Keep it up!!!
I see that you are learning English as well. You definitely need to learn English.
I'm working on spanish and i'm working on animal names i started last week and i'm trying hard!
good luck! Honestly, as long as you do it every day, and focus on one language at a time, you should have it pretty quickly! Don't stop learning! just keep at it`
Super! Voici le fruits de bons efforts constants! Il est plus difficile et langoureux en effet d'apprendre le français que l'anglais mais voilà! Toutes mes félicitations!
the flame?? That's your day streak
how many days in a row you've reached your goal
the numbers next to the flag is your level in the language
like i'm level 13 in french, 6 in english, and 3 in german :)
Congratulations. Is your tree golden?
I spend my weekends making my tree golden.
Good luck with your next language.
Congrats I finished my tree of english but my certificate is 2.5 I need to practice more.
Well maybe I can practice french with you and maybe you could practice english with me!
That's excellent! Well done, very inspiring! How much time did you dedicate to French a day?
I do it every time I get the chance! I restarted like 5 times though! xD
I'm coming toward the end of my first month on Duolingo. As you can see, I'm at level 8 (I tested in at level 5). This isn't a criticism, just a question about levels: I see you're at level 13 after finishing the tree, but I see others on this thread at levels 14 and 17. Can anyone explain how this works?
And by the way, congratulations!
Well, you level up by how much xp you have. So I think if you practice the skills more, you would finish at a higher level. So, If I kept all my skills golden, and practice them, as well as learn new lessons, I'd have a higher level, by the time I finish the tree
Congratulations! Haha, I also noticed your name and your profile picture. Very clever!
Oh haha I'm assuming you mean before I changed it! yes, I loved les aristochats, but I think I really just like it because of the nostalgia, so I changed my name :)
