Progress quiz not working

I bought the progress quiz for Spanish twice and it says it isn't working as soon as I submit my first answer. This means I have to leave the quiz, but I don't get my lingots back. Can anyone notify me when the progress quizzes actually work, so I don't keep giving off my lingots only to encounter technical problems?
