Would this mean "she is macabre," or "she has dark skin," or both?

Why is "Mae'n dywyll" an accepted answer? I've never come across this sentence structure.

It's common in spoken Cymraeg to contract "Mae e'n/Mae hi'n" to just "Mae'n" :)
