Restarting a progress test...
I just paid 25 lingots for a progress test. After I had started the test,I received a pop up saying that "Duolingo was experiencing problems, please try again later." So I quit the test, but now I can't find a way to restart the test without paying a second 25 lingots. Anyone help?
You should ask a moderator or an administrator for help. You can also try going to the "Help" section on this website.
Please move your discussion to the troubleshooting forum by editing it and choosing the right forum. I just gave you 22 lingots back.
I do not think you can get your lingots back, perhaps a moderator can help you. I am sorry about it.

Hi, twice this week I received the message "Duolingo was experiencing problems, please try again later." I've kept a screen shot of the latest , just now: 14.33pm on 16.3.2016. Any chance I could have some hard-earned lingots back please? Rgds Linda
The same thing just happened to me. I did not see anything helpful under Help. Can I get my 25 lingots back, too?
same thing happened to me…twice. I reported it but no returned lingots and no test yet. I don't need the lingots but it would be nice to have a return test automatically built into the system when Duolingo has problems. But I love this free site so I can't really complain.
