Do students recieve a message on duolingo when you assign a new task, or is it just on their e-mail?

Is there a way for the student to recieve a message on their duolingo account when they have new assignments?

Hi fernando_belas ,

Could you relocate this discussion in the “Educators" forum? You'll be more likely to have useful answers there (and it belongs there ;) ).

To relocate it, edit your original post then select the said forum in the drop-down menu on top-left of the edition area.

As far as I know, it's only an email currently.

They only receive email at the moment. We are working on ways to make it so they can also see it elsewhere. Thanks! :D

Thanks again, Vivi! What I am actually doing is telling then through the posts you can leave at their profile, like you told me before. What I have found out is that most of my students either don't have an e-mail or don't check the ones they have. But they do access duolingo, so it would be better to contact them through here. I'm glad you guys are working on something. I'll be looking foward to the improvements.
