"Mangio la colazione."
The issue I'm having is that I'm getting confused when I know "I eat the breakfast" is not the correct sentence structure in English.
In Italian the usual way is "io faccio colazione" (I'm having the breakfast"). It can be said "io mangio la colazione" (I an eating the breakfast ) but only when I want to stress the fact the I am eating (i.g. despite some fact that make me difficult to eat breakfast ...). Is it the same in English?
I think so. I'm having breakfast sounds more natural then I'm eating breakfast.
