de and des

Do we switch back to de when there are two plurals following it?

ex: Elle ecrit de nouvelles recettes.

Instead of using 'des', we use 'de'?

when a plural adjective precedes the noun the indefinite article usually switches to de. http://www.laits.utexas.edu/tex/gr/det4.html
