The website keeps refreshing?

It didn't happen when I came on the forum, so I am guessing it's something to do with the language software or something?

If I go on a page the website will auto-refresh 3 or 4 times before settling down, and I can't advance because it is undoing my progress.

This hasn't happened before, and my internet is solid. Any suggestions?

Hi ScoutDawson,

Could you relocate this discussion in the “Troubleshooting" forum? Which is the place meant for such discussion. Thx!
To relocate it, edit your original post then select the said forum in the drop-down menu on top-left of the edition area.

It stops refreshing for me once I clicked on the button to stop the loading of the page.
It's not a definitive solution, but at least a workaround that et us use Duo until they fix it.

Any suggestions?

I suggest you fill a "Bug Report" form (with as much details as you can, cf. text in this form), those forms being read by staff. While they will not answer to it (well, up to some exceptions probably ;) ), because they can't answer to each one, they nevertheless use them (among other criterias) to prioritize their list of bugs to be fixed according to the number of Bug Report forms received for each bug.

I have locked this discussion because another one exists in the Troubleshooting forum and it's best to have all communication in one place where staff can easily review it. Further comments should be directed to https://www.duolingo.com/comment/14581356

Mine is still doing it, it just kinda stopped for about 10 minutes. Must be an internal issue. Anyone lost any work yet? Luckily it's not happening mid-lesson any more!

Open a new tab with Duolingo and that will temporarily fix the problem until it happens again.

I have the exact same problem! I tried to go on a discussion, but it was a error404, then it refreshed about 4 or 5 times.

Maybe because someone just posted a new post so they have to add it on the page u are on

I'm not sure, because it was the page where all of my lessons is (you know the big long one). I restarted my browser and it seems to have stopped (it did it once more but not since). I will update if it happens again! D:

Oh ok. I had my discussion page reloading a few times because of this so naturally. :)
