Could somebody please explain when to use "wyt ti", "rwyt ti" or "dwyt ti"? I'm really confused :/ thanks

rwyt ti, is the statement 'you are', wyt ti, is the question, 'are you?', dwyt ti (ddim), is the negative 'you are not

Did "Wyt ti" start to accepted for both questions and statements with just the ending inflection changing to tell whether it was a question or not.
