Duolingo is the most popular way to learn languages in the world. Best of all, it's 100% free!

How do I see a list of my current vocabulary words?

I would like to see a list of all the words I've learned through my lessons all together so I can do a general refresher on which are masculine vs. feminine, review those that don't show up as often, etc. I see the count of how many words I have, but it is not linked. Is there a way to see a full list of my vocabulary to date?

We're currently testing a new version of Duolingo, which is why there is some confusion here :) Some of you may not see the same vocab page if you're in the new design. We are testing out a new look and getting feedback before we release it to all.

I must be blind, but for the life of me I cannot find a link anywhere that says "Vocabulary" or word list. Am I just missing it, or does it not always show up?

You are likely in the beta layout (website test group) with me. Edit: The beta layout is a simplified and redesigned/organized version of Duolingo's website. The design team is slowly adding features one by one. I can't guarantee which features will added, but, I'm crossing my fingers for the vocab tab to return. Here is a Guide to Duolingo Guides which includes a guide to the Vocab tab if you're curious. It also contains a New User FAQ http://www.duolingo.com/comment/1278938 Please feel free to bookmark this and add the link to relevant discussions in the future if you'd like. ^_^

It's certainly there - right next to the discussion button (I can see it from here). Are you on app or website?

That explains why the link is not there. However, is there a way for me to get to the vocabulary (the actual feature, not just the guide to it)? That's really a bummer if I cannot see and practice my words until the trial is over as that seems to be a really important component in the language learning process.

Not that I know of. I worked with some other users to try to snag a direct,non-generalized URL from the 90% (non beta) layout that would work in the beta (shh). Unfortunately, because (I'm guessing) Vocab is so customized to where the individual is in their algorithm, it was non transferable even when I managed to snag the non-generalized URL. It will get here. I think we just have to wait.
