Only some students seeing my assignment!

Hello everyone- I'm new to Duolingo and after having a couple of my students beg me to get my classes going on it, I gave in and they LOVE it! I've just formed my classes and everyone is joined and I can see them all in the correct place BUT...I gave my first assignment today and only half of them can see it in their right hand margin, it's not showing up for the others. Has this happened to anyone else? Could someone help me figure out how to get the assignment so that everyone in the class can see it? Thanks in advance:)

Hi! Glad you are loving it! That is a new feature we are testing with some students, it is not available to all students yet, and there may be sudden changes to the version some of them are seeing. The most reliable way right now is still email, and we will announce when our tests are over and it is all official. Thank you! :)

Oh, okay, so what you're saying is that even though I can assign and assignment to an entire class, not all of them may received it...and it's random. Some might receive it and some might not. Could you just let me know if I'm understanding it correctly so I can pass it along to them? Thanks so much for all the help!

No, that is not what I meant, sorry! I mean only a some of them will see it on their profile. Every assignment arrives in their email inbox, for all students. So you can still assign to them all! Let me know if anything is still unclear!

Yes but E-mail is not reliable for middle and high school students. Also, students that can see assignments on their dash love it and I love that I do not have to constantly remind them of the assignment. Any chance that process is moving forward soon from beta?

Oh yes, there is a chance, we are testing it exactly for those reasons and are hoping all will go smoothly. :D Testing takes a while though, and we are currently making adjustments to our first test. We'll keep the forum posted on any news related to that! :]

I understand it will move forward or you wouldn't be testing it. That is why I added soon. So no it won't be soon then? It is fine I am just curious because it is a wonderful feature and now all of my students want it and so do I so they have reference instead of having to keep asking me.
